A very tasty bread! Easy to do. Tastes great. This is our second time eating it and ordered 5 more to go with it. You don't miss the "normal" bread at all.
The result is really excellent. I've tried many keto bread mixes, but no one has come that close to real bread. A bit difficult to prepare because the unbaked mass is more sticky than conventional dough mixtures, but the baked bread tastes really very good.
The best way to get hold of normal bakery bread. Have several baking mixes again and it won't be the last
Even though there was a sachet of yeast in the packaging, the white bread did not rise, not even in the oven.
The crust tasted kind of rubbery, even after the slice was in the toaster.
Otherwise the inner workings are not uncomfortable, a lot of chewing work and a good degree of satiety.
A great bread, easy to prepare and really tasty!
The crust was a bit tough on me, but didn't bother me :)
