Lower carb bread
Prebiotic fiber and a high protein content give the bread a high biological value and a balanced amino acid balance. Its rather strong, spicy taste comes from carefully selected ingredients. Due to the low carbohydrates, with this baking mix you no longer have to go without bread as part of a lower carb diet.
The Sonnenwald bread mix from Adams Brot consists basically of flaxseed flour, coconut flour, almond flour and pumpkin seed flour, and is also filled with sunflower seeds for a balanced taste.
This baking mix contains a lot of protein, not a bit of soy and especially few carbohydrates. You can quickly conjure up an approx. 500 g protein bread with the baking mix from Adam's bread, which will keep you really full. Gluten is also not included.
Easy to prepare
It is super easy and quick to prepare. With this baking mix and lukewarm water you can make a wonderful dough in no time at all. You are also welcome to refine this with different seeds and nuts. Bake briefly and you have fresh, crusty bread, which you can then cover and enjoy as you wish!

Admittedly, I am a real bread lover, so I saw little chance of success for the keto diet.
Until my son pointed out Adam's bread to me. I have tried the rolls and Sonnenwald bread so far and I am impressed: good taste, high degree of satiety, long shelf life.
This makes keto fun and I will want to try out even more varieties.
As suggested, I'll give it a try as a toast.
The bread was made super quickly and is really nicely baked in the oven.
For me personally, the dough is still a bit too moist after baking, but otherwise really great.
In terms of taste, it is really a dream, especially when toasted.
For a long time now, this bread has given me the feeling that I have not missed anything! The consistency is perfect! Fluffy and a nice edge;) as you know it from bread.
And it tastes even better in the morning when you put the slices in the toaster again !!!!
The smell when baking is really wonderful.
Also recommended in terms of taste.
Tastes good even after a few days.
