I always vary between the pasta and spaghetti types from here, but have not yet given a rating. But this one - in my opinion unfair - one-star rating makes me counter. Adam's pasta tastes very good to me, the consistency is great, they absorb the sauce better than soy noodles (but the Edamame and Adams are my favorites). I avoid konjac noodles - as convenient as they are on a ketogenic diet, I just don't like them at all. Keto-up has great alternatives. I've been doing low carb for three years and I'm so happy to have found keto-up :-) PS: The toast is the best :-)
Noodles were very firm to the bite. Not as tasty as the soy noodles
