A good substitute

Adams Pasta alla Eva, with its valuable amino acid balance, is a good alternative to pasta rich in carbohydrates and it will keep you full for a long time. The Adams Pasta alla Eva is made entirely without soy and it is a good source of fiber.

Delicious pasta

Super noodle or spaetzle substitute

I always vary between the pasta and spaghetti types from here, but have not yet given a rating. But this one - in my opinion unfair - one-star rating makes me counter. Adam's pasta tastes very good to me, the consistency is great, they absorb the sauce better than soy noodles (but the Edamame and Adams are my favorites). I avoid konjac noodles - as convenient as they are on a ketogenic diet, I just don't like them at all. Keto-up has great alternatives. I've been doing low carb for three years and I'm so happy to have found keto-up :-) PS: The toast is the best :-)
