Kanso KETO MCT Oil 77%

Your energy boost into ketosis!

MCT oil is simply an indispensable part of a ketogenic diet. The consumption of MCT oil has various advantages that you should definitely make use of as part of your ketogenic diet.
It serves your brain as ideal fuel, as MCTs produce ketones, which serve as a source of energy.  You can achieve ketosis much faster with MCT oil and you will be supplied with many healthy fats, especially from the medium-chain fatty acids C8 and C10.

Due to the shorter chain length of the fatty acids, MCTs are quickly broken down and absorbed in the body and immediately transported from the small intestine to the liver - with the result that your energy level is increased quickly. You will be supplied with energy in a very short time and you will be able to focus and energize your everyday life.
MCT oil also offers a decisive advantage as part of a diet. By stimulating two satiety-promoting hormones, it reduces appetite and the feeling of hunger - as part of your ketogenic diet, MCT oil can thus help to increase satiety and ensure that you automatically eat smaller amounts of food.

One way you can consume MCT oil is to make butter coffee (also called bulletproof coffee). Butter coffee is a unique blend of coffee, MCT oil and butter from grazing animals and provides you with enough energy quickly! In no time at all, your body can perform at its best again.

Due to their structure, MCT fats have a low melting point and smoke point and can therefore not be heated as high as common vegetable oils. Pure MCT fat is therefore not suitable for frying, stewing, braising or grilling. Dietary foods, which in addition to MCT also contain a small amount of conventional fats, are also suitable for cooking. The Ceres MCT Oil 77% is suitable for the energy enrichment of meals as well as for cooking. It can be heated up to a maximum of 150 ºC.

New for me

I ordered the oil for the first time and only tried it once in coffee. The taste together with the cream was pleasant.
A video warned against simply wanting to produce ketones with this oil and thereby relieve the body of the work, which is not the point. This makes perfect sense. Need even more experience to really leave a review.
