They are made from the flour of the konjac root, which is also known under the name Shirataki. This root is very common and popular in Asian countries. The konjac flour has health-promoting effects, because it supports your intestinal flora, fights inflammation and strengthens your immune system.

Clean Foods raw noodles have only 6 kcal per 100 g, which is why they are perfect for the diet, and they are also super healthy. I think it's great that you save cooking during preparation :-) after a thorough rinse under cold water, the fishy smell was completely gone. Sauce and cheese on top, off to the microwave. Just as enjoyable as a normal plate of spaghetti! The consistency reminds me a bit of glass noodles, they are slightly slippery / rubbery but not tough. Maybe not everyone likes it, but as a friend of Asian cuisine, I thought it was great. No strange aftertaste or aftertaste whatsoever. Probably very tasteless in itself. I can only recommend!
