So you can consume them perfectly during your ketogenic diet in any amount and enjoy their full enjoyment.
The Clean Foods Spinach Fettuccine with Glucomannan even support weight loss with a low-carbohydrate diet.

What is glucomannan anyway?

Glucomannan is a natural, water-soluble fiber that is obtained from the roots of the elephant yam root, also called konjac.
It is available as a supplement in drink mixes and also as an additive in other foods such as pasta and flour. It is also the main ingredient in Shirataki noodles.
Glucomannan makes up 40% of the dry weight of the konjac root, which is native to Southeast Asia. It has long been used in herbal mixes and traditional foods like tofu, noodles, and konjac jelly.
It absorbs so much liquid that a small amount of glucomannan added to a glass of water will turn all of its contents into a gel. It is believed that these unique properties mediate its weight loss effects, making them ideal for dietary forms of diet aimed at inducing weight loss.

Extremely low in calories

The raw noodles from Clean Foods only have 6 kcal per 100 g, which is why they are perfect for your ketogenic diet and / or ketogenic diet, and they are also super healthy. With their valuable and water-soluble fiber - glucomannans - they cause a very long-lasting feeling of satiety. They swell up in the stomach and are then digested slowly. These noodles are in only Ready to eat in 2 minutes, free from carbohydrates, fat, sugar and gluten, highly filling (glucomannan), suitable for vegetarians, suitable for people with gluten intolerance and an excellent source of fiber during the ketogenic diet.

Versatile use

The fettuccine can be prepared quickly and easily. In addition, they can be combined in many ways, as they are neutral in taste. They taste perfect, for example, with Asian dishes with beef steak and chicken breast fillet or with a wide variety of vegetables and a delicious sauce.
First, rinse the fettuccine with cold water in a colander. You can then fry them briefly in a pan or cook them in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes. Then you can use them creatively in many dishes, without a lot of calories or carbohydrates and with a good portion of fiber.

I love the bite of these "noodles", really very easy to chew, the more you cook it, the more it becomes like noodles but I think only a few minutes of cooking is enough. I ate it with a homemade cheese and cream sauce, INCREDIBLY DELICIOUS! You could add some vegetables and chicken, but with the sauce alone it tastes amazing.

Easy cream cheese sauce recipe: 100g whipped cream, 1 egg, 30g grated Parmesan, add salt and pepper while cooking

Another mega combination, marinated chicken (as you like it, my recipe: 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of mustard, 1 tablespoon of honey, 2 cloves of garlic grated, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, leave to marinate for 12 hours in the refrigerator. With buttery vegetables from TIP (Real brand, as far as I know, has the fewest carbohydrates) and the noodles are cooked and / or fried.

We are very happy with this pasta.
