The new chocolate sensation

This ice cream is the latest creation from Konzelmann's Original. Thanks to stevia, it is keto-friendly and contains much less sugar than classic ice cream. In addition to the significantly lower sugar content, Konzelmann's Original ice cream contains a high proportion of proteins that are widely used in sports and fitness. With the powder you can conjure up ice cream with an authentic ice cream taste and it also has a particularly creamy consistency for you.

The Konzelmann's Original ice cream in powder form with chocolate flavor and can be easily prepared with an ice cream machine or alternatively in the freezer compartment.


Whisk the contents of a pack (72g) with 250ml cold milk (1,5%) and 200ml cold sweet cream with a whisk, then let it rest for 15 minutes. Gradually pour the mixture into the ice cream maker. The ice cream is ready after stirring for 25 to 30 minutes.

Preparation without an ice cream maker: 

Mix 250ml of cold milk (1,5%) and 200ml of cold cream for 3 minutes with a hand mixer on the highest setting, then add the ice powder and stir on the low setting for another minute. Now fill the liquid into a suitable container that can be hermetically sealed and place in the freezer for 4-5 hours. If you are looking for the best result, you should stir the ice cream mixture about every 30 minutes.

The finished ice cream has an exquisite chocolate taste that you can combine with whipped cream, vania ice cream or berries. Or how about an ice cream smoothie?
