Konzelmann's low carb bread vital bread mix with L-carnitine

Preparation: In a bowl, knead 370g baking mixture (one pack) together with 340 ml lukewarm water by hand or a food processor to form an even dough and shape into a loaf.
Now cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place for about 50 minutes. Then carefully pour into an oiled baking pan or, without a baking pan, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. In the preheated oven with top / bottom heat, lower third: 250 degrees 10 minutes, then switch the temperature down to 200 degrees and bake for another 30 minutes.
Storage: Store the baking mix in a cool, dark and dry place.
