Preparation:
- Use in baking
About 100-3g Konzelmann's wheat fibers can be used per 5g flour. The wheat fibers have a swelling effect, so a higher fluid intake is recommended (2-3 ml additional fluid per 1g wheat fibers).
- Use in beverages as a fiber enrichment:
Stir 5g wheat fibers into 200ml water, milk or mixed drink.
