High quality almond and flaxseed flour
This baking mix is based on almond and flaxseed flour. Almond flour is, so to speak, the press cake that is left over from the production of almond oil. The de-oiling of the almonds ensures a higher protein content, less fat and fewer calories, which improves baking properties. Flaxseed flour, on the other hand, has the advantage that it is high in fiber, gluten-free and intestinal cleansing.

In fact, the bread is filling. I put a little more water in when preparing it than specified. Lo and behold, my bread has grown a little more and tastes better too.
The bread tastes delicious. It really fills you up and you don't miss the bread from the bakery.
The bread is strong and lives up to its name. And it makes you feel full too! You have a really good feeling when you eat these breads while eating keto. 2 slices are easily enough for breakfast, so I feel good at the thought of being full and only with 2 slices ?!
I am definitely ordering now permanently!

A really good variant of doing without KH as much as possible. It doesn't get as fluffy as you know it from bread. But it doesn't matter in itself.
Had ordered three of the baking mixes and thought I would like this one the least .. but lo and behold, I found it to be the most delicious!
Could be a bit more fluffy, it is already very firm .. but I still really like it :)
