Konzelmann's Das Goldenige Baking Mix makes a tasty bread, or alternatively several crispy rolls. With this baking mix you can now make super light, fluffy baked goods yourself very quickly.
High quality almond flour
This baking mix is based on almond flour. Almond flour is, so to speak, the press cake that is left over from the production of almond oil. The de-oiling of the almonds ensures a higher protein content, less fat and fewer calories, which improves baking properties.
A full baking creation
There is a high proportion of fiber and protein in the baking mix. The carbohydrate content is also impressive, at 1,9 g per 100 g it is significantly low. Conventional bread, on the other hand, has an impressive 50 g per 100 g. This baking mixture will definitely fill you up a lot more.

Unfortunately, I didn't like this baking mix that good. So tried it right after baking, but after 2-3 days in the fridge it had a strange aftertaste. I like to toast my bread, which has added to the aftertaste .. then prefer one of the other baking mixes! :)
Easy to make, rises nicely in the oven and smells really good ... but unfortunately it doesn't taste good at all. Then better buy the toast here
