Unfortunately, I can't get anything positive from the product.
I will now work my way through my criticisms in a nutshell.
First of all, baking is actually relatively time-consuming, as an egg has to be separated and the egg whites have to be beaten. But that's not a high one
Art, but relatively a lot of effort for a baking mix.
But I can live with that if the result is convincing ... which it doesn't.
The dough does not rise and you get a very (!) Flat cake in a usual springform pan.
In my case, this can simply be removed from the greased form.
But now the things that push my understanding to its limits;
The cake is dry ... Not just a little dry, it's really dry! its consistency is very creamy and very unpleasant. Unfortunately, I couldn't get a taste of chocolate from the whole thing.
With a lot of erythritol, which I added while making the dough, there was at least a touch of sweetness.
I clearly advise against buying!
If you really want to treat yourself to a cake, then I advise you to go for the in-house, ready-made cake from KetoUp. These are expensive, but even if you are not on the chain you can guess that this is a cake xD
