Preparation
You add the following to Konzelmann's vanilla cake mix:
- 4 eggs
- 250 g quark
- Separate eggs
- Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff
- Whisk egg yolks & quark & as needed sweet
- Then mix the cake mixture with the quark and egg mixture
- Then fold in the egg whites
- Put the dough in a greased baking pan & put it in the oven preheated to 40 ° C for 45-180 minutes (Two-sided heat) hill
