Unfortunately, the consistency didn't convince me. Although I was prepared for a substitute product, I found the pasta too gelatinous and firm. I made carbonara with it and it was okay but nothing more. The fun of chewing was gone after a few forks.
The fact that they are tasteless is a plus though, that's OK. And they are uncomplicated and quick to use. Nevertheless, I will not buy the product again and will prefer to stay with PizzaUp if I feel like eating Italian pasta.
The pasta is tasteless and loses its strange consistency when cooked for a long time. Unfortunately, the ingredients irritated me a bit = purely chemical. But if I feel like eating pasta again, I will buy the product again.
