The pasta is the healthiest and tastiest pasta alternative I've eaten so far. I also see a small advantage in the fact that they don't stick together after cooking. In addition, the preparation is faster than with conventional pasta. We recommend!
Best alternative that I know personally. Come very close to normal spaghetti. I can only recommend.
In terms of taste, soy spaghetti is the better alternative for us than the konjac variant.

I've tested so many substitute noodles. This is by far the best pasta alternative of all! They are so delicious! Great consistency and no nasty taste or smell. The most perfect low carb / keto noodles I've ever eaten. I mean the two soy and edamame noodles (spaghetti and fettuccine) from Splendier, they all come closest to normal pasta! Please do not remove from the range.
The konjac stories were nothing for me (consistency = too glassy and slimy, gel-like + smell, adhesion of the sauce was not like normal noodles).
