I've tested so many substitute noodles. This is by far the best pasta alternative of all! They are so delicious! Great consistency and no nasty taste or smell. The most perfect low carb / keto noodles I've ever eaten. I mean the two soy and edamame noodles (spaghetti and fettuccine) from Splendier, they all come closest to normal pasta! Please do not remove from the range.
The konjac stories were nothing for me (consistency = too glassy and slimy, gel-like + smell, adhesion of the sauce was not like normal noodles).
I would not have thought that they would taste that good, yes they have a slight taste of their own, but nevertheless it is a great alternative to normal noodles and with the nutritional values, the portion can be bigger.
The noodles are really tasty and the consistency is almost like normal noodles. I prepared the pasta in a cream sauce with scampis. A dream!
