The soybean noodles have a great and round taste, at the beginning I was very surprised that you actually get full with such a small amount (50g)!
They are also great for all kinds of spices and sauces.
These are the best substitute pasta I've tried so far. No slippery consistency and the taste largely neutral or very similar to wheat noodles. Will order again.
I've tested so many substitute noodles. This is by far the best pasta alternative of all! They are so delicious! Great consistency and no nasty taste or smell. The most perfect low carb / keto noodles I've ever eaten. I mean the two soy and edamame noodles (spaghetti and fettuccine) from Splendier, they all come closest to normal pasta! Please do not remove from the range. The konjac stories were nothing for me (consistency = too glassy and slimy, gel-like + smell, adhesion of the sauce was also not the same as with normal noodles) .z noodles for keto / low-carb that I've ever eaten! I have a huge supply of all Splendier soy and edamame noodles.
These noodles can really be recommended, they taste delicious, are ready to eat in no time and the consistency is very good, not so sticky or sloppy. And above all, you can eat them without regrets, even in large quantities.
The first low-carb noodles that are really, really, really tasty - I'm totally thrilled! I will buy again in a big way at any time.
